Leena S. Nathan, MD

Dr. Leena Nathan specializes in comprehensive care for women including well-woman visits, obstetrics, and gynecology/gynecologic surgeries. Her focus lies in promoting the well being of women of all ages ranging from adolescence through menopause. She also believes strongly in patient empowerment through communication. Dr. Nathan's favorite part of being a doctor is helping women have healthy pregnancies and deliveries.

She received her undergraduate education at University of California, San Diego and her medical degree from Stanford University. She first completed a family medicine residency at Kaiser Woodland Hills and is boarded in family medicine. She then went on to complete a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology from University of California, Los Angeles.

Born at Los Robles Hospital and raised in Thousand Oaks, Dr. Nathan is excited to be taking care of patients in her hometown. She enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a local physician, and her three young children as well as her yellow labrador.
